Iterative development provides frequent "releases". Getting to
see how its coming along engages
our clients. You get to continuously contribute to the evolution of the system.
This way you get a system that is
much more what you wanted than if we hid ourselves away to code in
secrecy for weeks or months. That's how the duck-billed platypus got built. We don't do that.
Our project approach has these general phases:
- We initially discuss your project with you to identify your high-level vision and identify constraints
relating to budget, time, and minimum critical top-level requirements.
- Castle Zeek's Master Services Agreement (MSA), to be effected before the Statement of Work (SOW).
- A Statement of Work Proposal (SOW Proposal) goes in effect.
- Project begins. The Requirements Document is signed off.
- For Engagement Level 3 and 4 projects, the Technical Specification is then signed off.
- Construction Iterations begin.
- Final system testing, deployment and acceptance.
- Subscription Services commence.
