Castle Zeek develops software according to the Agile, and related iterative methodologies.  We want to show you working software as soon as possible.  There are huge gains for effectiveness and quality of consultant/client interaction when there is a live system we can all refer to for describing next steps, things to correct, etc.

Iterative development provides frequent "releases".  Getting to see how its coming along engages our clients.  You get to continuously contribute to the evolution of the system.  This way you get a system that is much more what you wanted than if we hid ourselves away to code in secrecy for weeks or months.  That's how the duck-billed platypus got built.  We don't do that.

Our project approach has these general phases:

  1. We initially discuss your project with you to identify your high-level vision and identify constraints relating to budget, time, and minimum critical top-level requirements.
  2. Castle Zeek's Master Services Agreement (MSA), to be effected before the Statement of Work (SOW).
  3. A Statement of Work Proposal (SOW Proposal) goes in effect.
  4. Project begins. The Requirements Document is signed off.
  5. For Engagement Level 3 and 4 projects, the Technical Specification is then signed off.
  6. Construction Iterations begin.
  7. Final system testing, deployment and acceptance.
  8. Subscription Services commence.
