Castle Zeek Systems offers various pricing models and payment methods to suit your budget and timeline.
Prices for custom web application development generally come in two flavors:
- Fixed Price: Where a single "All In" quote is given. But we must know the requirements in detail first.
- Time and Materials (T&M): Where you are charged an hourly rate (about $150/hr) plus other material costs.
We do a Requirements Phase on all projects. We do prefer to give you a fixed price because we know
you prefer it.
But this requires knowing what to build before hand. The more requirements detail we discover with you the easier it
is to give you that fixed price. Larger projects with heavy customization of a Zeek Engine (Level 3 & 4 engagements) have
a combination of a basic fixed price with an additional T&M component for the customization.
Castle Zeek does several things to help make your engagement as affordable as possible, such as:
- Simpler Engagements favor Fixed Price
- Complex Engagements incorporate as much Fixed Price aspect as we can safely provide
- Payments can be scheduled/broken out instead of all up front in many cases. Using this technique we strive to make Level 1
Engagements about like your monthly cell phone bill, and Level 2 Engagements about like a car note.
Level 1 engagements ("Brochure" sites) start as little as $500.00, average $2k-$3k, seldom exceed $6k
Level 2 engagements ("Information" sites) starting about $2500.00, average $4k-$8k, typically not beyond $15k
Level 3 engagements ("Zeek Engine Basic") starting about $10k, average $12k-$20k, typically not beyond $45k
Level 4 engagements ("Zeek Engine Advanced") are complex. We need to discuss before throwing numbers out
